SchoolPay is designed for schools and their authorized staff. You must have permission to use a school account and must keep your login credentials confidential. Schools are responsible for assigning access appropriately and for the activities of their authorized users.

Schools are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of student, guardian, fee, and payment-status information they enter or direct SchoolPay to handle. You must have appropriate authority to send reminders or other communications to recipients and to provide their contact details. Do not upload data you do not have permission to use.

Do not misuse or interfere with the website or service; attempt to access another school’s account or data; introduce malicious code; send unlawful, fraudulent, or unwanted messages; or use automated access in a way that disrupts availability. We may restrict activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, accounts, or the service.

Any plan prices or included features displayed on the website are informational and may be updated. Subscription charges, payment methods, renewals, refunds, taxes, and any third-party payment arrangements should be confirmed in the school’s order or subscription terms. SchoolPay’s recording or tracking of a fee does not, by itself, establish that the fee has been received by the school.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network failures, or third-party services, including messaging providers. Unless your school has a separate service-level agreement, the public website does not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular response time.

The SchoolPay name, website design, and service materials belong to their respective owners. You may view this website and use authorized features for their intended purpose; you may not copy, resell, or misrepresent SchoolPay materials without permission. Schools retain responsibility for the records and content they submit.

A school may request to end its service under its applicable subscription arrangements. We may suspend access where needed to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Data retrieval and deletion following account closure are governed by the school’s agreement and applicable retention requirements.
